Write freely without deciding where something belongs. Rich text formatting, custom fonts, text and highlight colors, and autosave. Notes stay independent until you choose to share one with a workspace.
Sketch Notes
Draw and write freely on a canvas with a pen and eraser instead of only typing. Sketch notes are their own note type and export as PNG.
Tables in Notes
Create a table as its own note, or drop one inline into a text note. Export tables to HTML or PDF.
Folders
Group related notes into collapsible folders. Notes outside a folder stay right at the top level, so nothing gets buried.

Export notes as PDF, DOCX, HTML, TXT, or Markdown. Turn on public sharing for a single note to get a link anyone can open, and turn it off again at any time.

Tasks You Can Create Solo
Track your own work directly, no workspace required. Mark tasks done, undo it, or duplicate a task into a workspace without losing your personal copy.
Organized by When It's Due
Incomplete tasks are grouped into Overdue, Today, This week, and Later, so the most urgent work is always at the top.
Recurring Tasks
Set a task to repeat daily. Each occurrence is tracked on its own, so finishing today's does not touch tomorrow's.
Deadline Reminders
Get an email 30 minutes and 5 minutes before a deadline, plus optional push notifications. Reminders work for personal and workspace tasks.
Calendar View
See your tasks on a calendar as a second view of the same data. Switch between year, month, week, day, and hour views, with a live line marking the current time. Overdue tasks turn red and finished ones are greyed out.

Create a workspace for a project or team, bring in the notes and tasks that belong there, and invite people when the work calls for it.
Clear Roles
Owners, admins, and members each have defined permissions. Owners can transfer ownership, admins manage members, and anyone can delete what they created.
Task Logging
Members log progress updates on a task and say when they think it is finished. Only an admin or owner marks it Done, so status always reflects a real decision.
Workspace Discussions
Start named discussion threads tied to the actual work. Messages appear live, replies are nested under the message they answer, and closed threads become read only.
Activity History
Every workspace keeps a chronological record of what changed and when, so you never dig through chats to reconstruct what happened.
