If you are using LogHue on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Definitions
- “Service” refers to the LogHue platform, website, and related tools.
- “User” refers to any individual accessing or using the Service.
- “Workspace” refers to a shared environment where users collaborate.
- “Workspace Owner” refers to the user or organization that created the workspace.
- “Content” refers to tasks, notes, files, comments, and any data submitted to the Service.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.
4. Workspaces & Data Ownership
4.1 Ownership of Workspace Content
Workspace Owners retain ownership of all content submitted to their workspace. We do not claim ownership of your data.
4.2 Workspace Administration
Workspace Owners and administrators may:
- Manage user access
- View and modify workspace content
- Delete content or the entire workspace
4.3 Our Access to Content
We only access your content when necessary to:
- Provide the Service
- Resolve technical issues
- Ensure security and prevent abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Engage in illegal activities
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
6. Subscriptions & Payments
LogHue may offer paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

- Prices may change with notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of access
7. Refunds
Payments are generally non‑refundable unless required by law. Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Actions taken by workspace administrators
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may notify you within the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are an EU resident, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country may also apply.
